Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Tilt Wall Construction Manager to oversee our tilt wall construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse and distribution center construction, as well as ground up construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of tilt wall construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and laborers.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Keep detailed records of all construction activities, including costs, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management on project status.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on tilt wall construction.
  • Proven experience in warehouse and distribution center construction, as well as ground up construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control procedures.
