We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enrollment Representative to join our team at MJHS. As an Enrollment Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our managed care plans and making outreach calls to prospects to explain the benefits and eligibility of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Document updates and outcomes in our enrollment tracking software program, Market Prominence, and work closely with RNs and Marketing Representatives to maintain high productivity and quality data for management and reporting purposes.
- Occasionally attend home visits with RNs for translation purposes as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of healthcare experience, with managed care/sales experience being a plus.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills, strong telephone etiquette, and comfort with the geriatric population.
- Spanish, Cantonese, or another language fluency may be required.
- Ability to learn, understand, and explain healthcare eligibility requirements, conduct business successfully over the phone, offer excellent customer service, and express compassion while meeting the demands of high volume and high productivity.
- Operate in accordance with regulatory agency contract guidelines.
