Job Summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Skilled Care Manager. This role involves administering prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state regulations, while maintaining accurate medical records under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations, using approved techniques and documenting time and amount on resident charts.
  • Verify resident identity and record medication details on specified forms and records.
  • Present medication to residents and observe ingestion or administration, using specified procedures.
  • Perform miscellaneous work assignments as required.
Requirements
  • Certification as required by state law.
  • Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.
