Cornerstones of Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising Youth Care Specialists and coordinating day respite, after-hours placements, transportation, and supervision of youth.
Responsibilities:- Supervise Youth Care Specialists and ensure coverage of the after-hours emergency line
- Triage incoming calls, problem-solve, and assign tasks as needed
- Assist with missing youth search efforts, diligent parent searches, and other administrative tasks
- Supervise staff in medication administration and other medical support
- Develop and implement training and coaching programs for staff
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling, or Psychology
- At least two years of work experience in the Child Welfare arena
- 1 year of Kansas case management experience required
- Licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas (LBSW, LMSW, LSCSW, Professional Counselor, LMFT, and/or Alcohol and Drug Counselor)
