Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve teammate development, client satisfaction, and production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
