Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve teammate development, client satisfaction, and production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
