Patient Access Representative

Job Summary:
The Patient Access Representative will serve as the liaison between the organization and patients, providing product education and handling a wide range of customer inquiries while ensuring a positive customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the customer base and patients, resolving routine customer requests and providing product education.
- Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using protocol procedures to ensure a positive experience.
- Qualify and establish inbound new customers, providing additional customer education and information as needed.
- Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance.
