About the Role

The Patient Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at ThedaCare. This administrative professional will interact with patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate information management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and enter demographic, clinical, and billing information to facilitate a smooth customer experience.
  • Schedule patients according to established policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactively resolve access issues, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate patient needs.
  • Manage patient information, forms, and data, adhering to confidentiality guidelines and departmental needs.
  • Escalate and redirect issues to other resources or departments as necessary.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
Work Environment

This role is based in a climate-controlled office environment, with frequent sitting and movement throughout the office space. Occasional contact with aggressive or combative customers may be expected. The use of computers and repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers are frequent aspects of this job.
