Position Summary:
- The Client Support Specialist (CSS) delivers exceptional customer service to a diverse range of internal and external clients, including salon chain accounts, independent stylists, and sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customer accounts and the sales team to manage product inquiries, process orders, and maintain control.
- Investigate issues and resolve complex situations using sound judgment and excellent follow-through within established guidelines for customer service policies.
- Utilize strong customer service skills to deliver value-added services promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities, with good judgment and the capacity to make independent decisions within departmental protocols.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of data entry experience is required.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls, inquiries, and challenging issues with professionalism and tact.
- Capable of multitasking with a keen attention to detail.
- Skilled in suggestive selling and offering alternative solutions to clients.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to operate a computer, mouse, and keyboard for up to 8 hours daily.
- Availability to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Capacity to sit or stand for up to 8 hours each day.
- Flexibility to work later shifts as required.
