Position Overview

Role Summary: We are seeking dedicated individuals to enhance our IT support team. This position focuses on providing essential desktop support services, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver software troubleshooting and repair for workstations.
  • Manage PC installations, relocations, additions, and modifications.
  • Conduct image loading processes for devices.
  • Oversee asset recovery and tagging initiatives.
  • Provide printer troubleshooting and support.
  • Assist at the Client Center, offering direct technical assistance.
  • Update IT service management systems as required.
  • Perform additional client support tasks to uphold workstation functionality and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in desktop support is preferred, but training will be available for entry-level candidates.
  • Familiarity with PC imaging techniques.
  • Experience in change and incident management processes.
  • Proficient in utilizing tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Dell Technician.
  • Expertise in inventory management.
  • Possession of an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be able to commute to the designated work location.
  • This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract stipulations.
