Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Sales Professional to join our team at Transfinder. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. As a key member of the sales team, this individual will be responsible for driving growth in the telecommunications industry by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales strategies and prospecting efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales materials and presentations.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.
  • Manage prospects within their designated geographic territory, using CRM software to track progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications sales, preferably in an outbound sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Estimated annual salary range of $61,000-$63,000, based on prior employment history, job-related knowledge, education, and location.
