About the Role:

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain operational excellence. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and that our restaurant meets or exceeds our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of managers and crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor, and inventory
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
