About the Role

RMA Network is seeking a skilled Surgical Center Technician to join our team on a full-time basis for an initial 5-month period, with the possibility of transitioning to a per diem role thereafter.

The successful candidate will work a regular schedule of 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Certification (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service, and team building
