As a Sales Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional retail experience while supporting Sales & Operations. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager and a team of dedicated associates, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers pursue their passions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate our core values through self-accountability and serve as a role model for the team.
  • Engage customers in meaningful interactions by sharing insights about our products' fabrics, features, and functionality.
  • Drive customer engagement through various initiatives, including store events and community outreach.
  • Provide training and constructive feedback based on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
  • Work alongside the Store Manager to motivate associates to achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Communicate inventory and training requirements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain merchandising standards that facilitate an enjoyable shopping journey for customers.
  • Actively contribute feedback to the Store Manager to foster continuous improvement.
  • Aim for excellence in meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and team members regarding product offerings.
  • Achieve personal sales goals while ensuring safety and security standards are upheld.
  • Assist with inventory management as needed, including handling boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail setting; prior management experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, and Nutrition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
  • Proficient with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring others.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to engage in various activities, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
