Job Opportunity at Collectors Edge

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding the perfect collectibles and provide expert knowledge on our products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and inventory.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the store's mission.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Product knowledge of collectibles and a passion for the industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
