Key Responsibilities:
- Field incoming requests and schedule service visits to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments and ensure that customers receive the best possible service
- Monitor and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure that our services meet the highest standards
- Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
