Role Summary:

The ESE Coordinator plays a crucial role in the implementation and adherence to established guidelines and protocols for the educational services provided. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate student study teams to devise effective interventions
  • Manage and oversee educational plans
  • Assist in addressing challenges within Student Support Services
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of IEPs and EPs
  • Provide expert consultation for staffing exceptional learners
  • Organize and coordinate all mandatory ESE meetings
  • Monitor the progress of all ESE students
  • Collaborate with school personnel on various support initiatives
  • Maintain precise records and documentation
  • Work with external agencies that provide services to students with disabilities
  • Coordinate efforts with educational districts and families
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Principal
