About the Role

Aldrich is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our Private Wealth Tax group. As a trusted advisor to our high net worth individual clients, you will work closely with a team of professionals to provide complex tax planning and coordination with their overall financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client financial information and assess needs to determine advanced tax strategies
  • Manage all aspects of relationships for high net worth clients, including developing and mentoring employees
  • Perform technical tax reviews, approve tax returns, and conduct governmental tax examinations
  • Coordinate with Aldrich Wealth relationship managers to identify tax needs and new service opportunities
  • Develop and implement service plans to deliver exceptional client experiences
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on high net worth individual tax planning and review
  • Licensed CPA
  • Licensed Certified Financial Planner or JC with estate planning skills a plus
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to build and retain client relationships
