Role Summary

Roze Room Hospice is seeking a skilled Community Medical Liaison to promote and market our hospice and palliative care services to the medical community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our services, and encouraging the utilization of our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong understanding of our hospice and palliative care services and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services to the medical community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on our services and their benefits.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of marketing or healthcare experience, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong business-to-business sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
