KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Construction Operations Superintendent, you will:

  • Oversee construction management activities
  • Communicate effectively with the construction team, homeowners, designers, and architects
  • Coordinate and manage all on-site operations and resources
  • Engage confidently with building and safety agencies
  • Utilize BuilderTrend software proficiently
  • Apply your knowledge of electrical upgrades
  • Manage project timelines using Gantt charts
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for project tracking
  • Ensure punctuality and commitment to project completion
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols

WORK ENVIRONMENT

As a Construction Operations Superintendent, your day will be filled with purpose and leadership. You will guide your team to achieve project milestones, ensuring that our construction efforts meet the highest standards of quality. You will not only be constructing buildings but also shaping the dreams of our clients.


WORK SCHEDULE

  • Location: Encino, CA
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work as needed. Sundays are designated as non-working days.
