Construction Manager

Webb Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead our construction projects to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities and resources
• Provide excellent leadership to our construction team, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and support to complete their tasks
• Ensure that all projects meet and exceed quality standards, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with our design and architecture teams to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards
• Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

• Confidence in working with building and safety agencies
• Familiarity with BuilderTrend software
• Firm knowledge of electrical upgrades
• Highly skilled in managing a Gantt chart
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
