About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical facilities, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including checking in patients for appointments, collecting patient co-pays, and answering telephones.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Electronic Health Records: Utilize our electronic health record system to verify and update patient demographic information, post and balance payments, and manage patient records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience required; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
