Key Responsibilities- Check in patients for appointments and collect patient co-pays
- Answer telephones, take accurate messages, and schedule appointments
- Verify and update patient demographic information and insurance eligibility
- Utilize electronic health record system to post and balance payments collected
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patients are informed and well cared for while waiting for their appointment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Electronic health record (EHR) experience a plus
