**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Department and driving sales performance results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the Sales Department and ensure successful achievement of all monthly sales and CSI objectives
* Ensure successful achievement of Autoguard Tier 3 each month
* Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales and operations
* Supervise and train sales team members to ensure compliance with manufacturer training requirements
* Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
* Responsible for sale price and trade-in vehicle appraisal decisions
* Ensure proper reporting of sales to manufacturer(s)

**Requirements:**

* Excellent sales skills and prior supervisory experience preferred
* Working knowledge of automotive sales industry
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
* Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and company personnel

**Work Environment:**

* Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors, and on customer test drives
* Employee may be exposed to various work environments and required to perform a variety of tasks
