Job Title: Direct Care Staff
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team at ABE Residential Services LLC. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Bathing and personal hygiene
- Dressing and grooming
- Assisting with exercise and ambulation
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Housekeeping and laundry
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Assisting with transfers and mobility
- Providing a safe and supportive environment
Qualifications:
- 6 months of caregiving experience (preferred)
- Ability to effectively relate to residents and their families
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- Age 18 or older (as per company insurance requirements)
- Pass a background check and drug screen
