Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and revise reinsurance contracts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation.
  • Collaborate with brokers, clients, and markets to resolve contract wording queries.
  • Assess reinsurance contract documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with team guidelines.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a library of standard clauses.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and judicial decrees affecting reinsurance contracts.
  • Participate in marketing presentations to prospective and existing clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in contract administration or a related field. A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for degrees in English, Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or Technical Writing.

Salary Range: $67,900 - $90,500 annually, with opportunities for bonuses and career growth.
