Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Documentation Specialist to join our team at Entegee. This role involves managing documentation changes in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Estimated Salary: $43,200 - $54,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement changes to BOMs, routers, and manufacturing procedures
  • Create and maintain documentation changes in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee Change Orders and ensure all quality documentation meets standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of manufacturing changes in an automated environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automated environment
  • Experience with creating documentation changes in a highly regulated industry (Medical Device)
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Change Orders and Quality documentation
  • Knowledge of BOMs (Bill of Materials), routers, and manufacturing procedures
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting
