About the Position:
As a Transportation Coordinator at Mountainside Treatment Center, you will play a vital role in our recovery facility's success. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the Transportation team and Admissions team to arrange pickups and transports of new admissions, current clients, or groups as needed.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of clients, adhering to relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation.
• Test vehicle equipment to ensure proper operation and maintain accurate records of vehicle use and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, assisting them with luggage and ensuring their comfort during transport.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective transportation strategies that meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Current, valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation

What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 to $22.00
