Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the upkeep and configuration of computer systems and network servers
  • Assist in diagnosing hardware and software issues
  • Prepare documentation for technical specifications related to new IT infrastructure
  • Manage routine backup processes and ensure data integrity
  • Provide support for Kubernetes system administration within a DevOps framework

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Possess one of the specified certifications within 6 months of employment
  • TS/SCI clearance is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications from recognized industry standards such as Microsoft, Red Hat Linux, AWS, or VMWare
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools
