Job Summary:

GDIT is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Windows server systems, performing Tier II and Tier III administration, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Windows server systems, including performing Tier II and Tier III administration, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis activities.

Perform system administration duties and functions, including monitoring, managing, and maintaining pre-production and production environments, and responding to system alerts.

Respond to assigned tasks, incidents, and service requests, and plan, design, and deploy vendor and security-related patches, updates/upgrades, and hotfixes as assigned.

Conduct monthly vulnerability scans and assessments of servers, and address findings and mitigations, and monitor logs for suspicious activity on the servers and take appropriate action.

Ensure the security posture of the servers remains in compliance, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technology field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 7 years' related technical experience, including Windows System Administration skills, application installation, support, testing, and troubleshooting skills, Active Directory and Group Policy Objects, PowerShell Scripting, Vulnerability Management, and Microsoft RemoteApp.

Active Top Secret security clearance, and willingness to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
