- Advanced Knowledge of Regulatory and Safety Policies: Possess advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies and procedures, and be proficient in mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory.
- Decision-Making and Leadership Ability: Demonstrate decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- 18+ Months Retail Team Member Experience and 6+ Months Supervisory Experience: Possess a minimum of 18 months of retail Team Member experience and 6 months of supervisory experience.
- Lifting and Standing: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
- Hand Use and Work Environment: Must be able to use hands for single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling, and work in a wet and cold environment.
