Job Summary:

A successful Sales Manager at Duluth Trading Company strives to deliver exceptional customer service and create special experiences. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive product knowledge and providing friendly, solution-oriented service to customers. You will lead the store team to deliver high levels of service and engagement, manage floor coverage to drive the customer experience, and ensure accurate recording of customer profile information. You will also respond proactively to customer concerns and make decisions to provide positive resolutions, maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards, and set up sales and promotions with proper signing and communication. Additionally, you will supervise merchandise receipts, transfers, and visual merchandising on the sales floor, ensure company standards for cleanliness, and provide feedback to employees. You will also ensure store security and respond to alarms, and ensure employee and customer safety.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is preferred but not necessary. You must be customer-centric with a strong sense of ownership and integrity, and have excellent communication, collaboration, and team player skills.

Environmental Factors:
You will be required to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day, and use a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.

Compensation:
