As a Banking Associate, you will engage with both new and existing clients to identify and assess their needs, recommend suitable products and services, educate them about our offerings, and address complex customer service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities of the Banking Associate
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Process retail and commercial transactions in person
  • Advise clients on bank products and services
  • Open and manage various account types for personal and business clients
  • Conduct routine banking center operations

Qualifications and Skills Required for the Banking Associate
  • High School diploma or equivalent (or actively pursuing completion)
  • Previous experience in customer service, banking, cash handling, and sales is preferred
