Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with a solid understanding of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) sector. This full-time role involves providing essential administrative support to facilitate the smooth operation of our organization.


Position Highlights:

The selected candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22, with payments made biweekly.


Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly wage of $20 to $22 paid biweekly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming communications including calls, emails, and postal mail
  • Provide administrative assistance to the I/DD Division
  • Organize and maintain important documentation
  • Support the development of client protocols
  • Assist the hiring manager with onboarding processes
  • Coordinate scheduling tasks
  • Review daily care logs for compliance with regulations
  • Engage with community partners and respond to client inquiries
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the I/DD or Healthcare sectors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
