Trademark Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Trademark Paralegal to join our team at Larson Maddox. This role will involve overseeing and managing our trademark portfolio, working closely with our Chief Trademark Counsel and collaborating with various teams across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting trademark searches, preparing search reports, and assisting with the preparation and filing of trademark applications. They will also manage trademark portfolios, maintain accurate records, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely responses to office actions.
Additionally, the Trademark Paralegal will conduct research on trademark laws and regulations, assist with trademark enforcement and litigation support, and prepare and file trademark renewals and other maintenance documents.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3+ years of experience in trademark law, and extensive experience with domestic and international searching, clearance, trademark filings, prosecution, and docketing. Experience with Saegis, PATTSY, and USPTO trademark website platform is also highly desirable.
