Job Overview

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Chesterfield is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Sales Representative to join our team. As a brand ambassador, this individual will build relationships with local physicians, prospect referral leads, and promote the clinics' services.

This role combines sales and public relations, strategically promoting the clinics' treatments while strengthening our reputation in the community. The successful candidate will oversee designated territory of physicians and medical clinics, fostering positive relationships among community practices, medical staff, and providers.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement outreach plans to meet goals
  • Analyze referral data and facilitate marketing campaigns
  • Establish strong business relationships with local organizations and businesses
  • Collaborate with system functions interacting with physician offices
  • Maintain ongoing communications with referring providers and their office staff

Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in sales or marketing may be substituted for education and/or experience requirements
  • A valid driver's license is required for daily driving
  • Willingness to travel within an assigned territory
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

Salary Range: $41,600 - $52,000 per year
