- Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Meet Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed annual new sales quota.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, education, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales: Five plus years of experience in sales, with solid knowledge of education administration practices, special education/related services, and K-12 procurement practices.
- Sales Methodologies: Proficient in sales methodologies, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales analytics.
- Business Software: Proven ability to use standard business software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Salary Range: $85-100k depending on experience.
- Commission Eligibility: Eligible for commission.
