Veolia North America is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll Shared Services Center team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will provide payroll support to all Veolia North America customers through the Payroll Shared Services Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Payroll SSC Administrators with problem-solving and implementing best practices
Provide payroll processing and auditing for Salary, Hourly, Union, In/Expat employees
Maintain the integrity of HR/Payroll data
Keep informed about changes in Federal and Province laws as they pertain to Payroll processing
Work as a team with other SSC members and interact with the Director and Managers on project work
Requirements:
University degree in administration, accounting, or other equivalent training
Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation from the National Payroll Institute (NPI)
Five to ten years directly related experience in Payroll Administration
Shared Services Center experience preferred
Human Capital Management (HCM) or other related systems experience
