Job Title: HR Data Reporting Analyst

Veolia is seeking an HR Data Reporting Analyst to join our team. As an HR Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to support Veolia's Talent analytics and reporting needs.

This role will involve developing and automating standard HR data reports, analyses, and dashboards leveraging report software from multiple systems. You will collaborate primarily with HR but also across business functions to manage reporting, analyze trends in data, and make recommendations to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources, presenting the results in a secure, usable format.
  • Build reliable, accurate, and cross-matched reports for data research, troubleshooting, and data audits.
  • Design, develop, and manage new reports and dashboards to provide management a view into people HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to provide feedback and user/technical specifications regarding the design of reports and dashboards.
  • Perform analysis of data gaps and work with relevant stakeholders to recommend solutions.
  • Research and troubleshoot data issues to ensure data quality.
  • Expand and enhance analytics capability, continue to improve processes, explore/adopt new tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, analysis, HR preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Min of 2 years of experience in analysis, business analyst, research experience or related required.
  • General knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll practices.
  • Ability to exercise sound discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding PII and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation, logical thinking, and timely, practical decision-making.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day tasks and embrace fast-paced organizational change.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to change, quick learner with technology aptitude, and excellent customer service attitude.
  • Strong knowledge in Excel; Google applications a plus (eMail, Docs, Sheets, Charts).
