Job Title: Registered Nurse - Orthopedic Surgery

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • BSN degree or equivalent required.
  • MA RN license required.
  • Minimum one year RN experience in orthopedic nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
