Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of accountants within the Financial Reporting division
  • Direct the reporting cycle and ensure adherence to financial deadlines
  • Evaluate financial data and generate reports for senior leadership
  • Manage system upgrades and refine accounting practices
  • Collaborate with Finance on financial assessments for budgeting and strategic planning
  • Liaise with various departments to align business goals
  • Support recruitment and talent management initiatives
  • Prepare documentation for both internal and external audits
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (MBA or MSA preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • CPA certification or candidacy preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel and work irregular hours as necessary
