Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with the senior management team.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Progressive experience in at least two of the following technologies: RF cable/connectors, antennas.
  • Knowledge of RF/wireless technologies.
  • Understanding of Automotive interconnect requirements.
  • Understanding of FPC/LCP products and uses.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandarin is a plus.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
