Job SummaryWe are seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead our quality control efforts supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our quality control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing guidance to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control Management: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality services are delivered to our clients.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to health and safety, environmental management, and quality assurance.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our team members, including inspectors, technicians, and other staff members.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our quality control processes.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with our clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality control processes are understood and implemented.
- Top Secret Clearance: Must have a current Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Industry Certification: Must have an industry-recognized certification in quality control management, such as Certified Manager of Quality Control/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager in managing complex building and facilities operations, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, and repair.
- Skills: Must have highly developed leadership, management, supervisory, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
