The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate to join the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group. The position is open to North Carolina, with a strong preference in Charlotte. We also consider candidates from South Carolina.

As a member of our team, you will support a sophisticated practice serving ultra-high net worth clients. You should have at least 3-6 years of experience working primarily in estate planning and/or estate administration. Drafting estate planning documents and probate forms, including accountings required by the probate court, is preferred. A willingness to learn areas of the law as necessary is required.

Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. Having an LLM in either estate planning or tax is preferred.

An estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
