Job Description:

Interapt is a world-class technology services company seeking Senior Data Scientists to provide analytical and advisory services to a premier partner. This role involves extracting, transforming, and loading data, understanding sources, distributed research methods, and queries using industry-standard data models. SAS will be used for data transformation and query execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Refresh Common Data Models (CDMs), ensuring quality control, identifying, and fixing issues.
  • Execute and quality-check distributed modular programs, review results, and document.
  • Create and transform monthly refresh of files.
  • Monitor space management.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with SAS programming.
  • 5+ years' experience with healthcare claims data analysis.
  • 3+ years' experience in healthcare data management and analytics.
  • 3+ years' experience with extract-transform-load data files.
  • Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Preparation and data management plan/documentation expertise.
  • Familiarity with FDA Sentinel Initiative (BEST, Sentinel, and/or NESTcc program).
  • Experience with Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP), FDA Sentinel Common Data Model (CDM), and/or Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) CDM.

Salary Estimate:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
