About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Insights Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a data-driven customer strategy that drives business growth and improves customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-led customer strategy roadmap that aligns with business objectives
  • Establish a robust data foundation for marketing and go-to-market functions
  • Formulate and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure high-quality data and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer data management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven customer strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
