About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Devereux Day Academy in Audubon, PA. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in supporting and mentoring children and adolescents with emotional support and behavioral health needs in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work one-on-one with children in a school environment to ensure their safety and supervision.
  • Provide interventions to children with emotional support and behavioral health needs in a school setting.
  • Deescalate and mitigate behaviors throughout the day.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
