Job Title: Mobile Therapist - Clinical Services Specialist

At PRO Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Therapist to join our team. As a Mobile Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic support plans for students experiencing mental health struggles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, write and direct the implementation of therapeutic support plans for students
* Provide consultation with all involved parties, including family, school, and community members
* Assess referred students and families for needs and refer to other providers, as needed
* Provide de-escalation and counseling to students in crisis and emotional distress
* Offer group and individual counseling, as needed
* Conduct assessments and design behavior/crisis plans
* Participate in the Student Assistance Program (SAP), as needed

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree related to clinical practice in psychology, social work, education, counseling or related field
* Hold a license as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker
* Current clearances (within 6 months)
