Job Title: Mobile Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Therapist to join our team at PRO Companies. As a Mobile Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to children and youth with Autism and behavioral health diagnoses in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.

Job Summary:

The Mobile Therapist will work closely with families, schools, and community members to assess the needs of referred students and develop individualized therapeutic support plans. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement therapeutic support plans for students experiencing mental health struggles
  • Provide consultation with families, schools, and community members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Assess referred students and families for needs and refer to other providers as necessary
  • Provide de-escalation and counseling to students in crisis and emotional distress
  • Offer group and individual counseling as needed
  • Conduct assessments and design behavior/crisis plans as necessary
  • Participate in the Student Assistance Program (SAP) as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as clinical psychology, social work, education, or counseling
  • License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker
  • Minimum of one year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults
