About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Facilitator to join our WW Sales Operations Support team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating learning classes that support the business needs of our operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end learning solutions for WW Sales Operations Teams, driving innovative and effective approaches to learning.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver best-in-class learning solutions that influence positive behavioral change and align with strategic business objectives.
  • Manage learning projects from needs analysis to deployment, considering the complexities of a diverse audience.
  • Drive innovative approaches to L&D and guide policy/process improvements.
  • Measure, understand, and communicate the overall impact learning content has on business operations to leadership.
  • Support overall organization readiness and training programs for the roll-out of new tools, processes, and people development initiatives.
  • Lead the development and improvement of L&D Content/Processes and execute with exception quality, timeliness, and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Experienced facilitator with a strong track record of designing and delivering training programs.
  • Sharp analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data for informed decision making.
  • Exceptional communication/facilitation skills, including interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with key stakeholders, global counterparts, and executives in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to preserve and adapt under pressure, with a positive and professional customer-focused attitude.
  • Professional project management experience, including end-to-end project/program management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating highly technical training in a variety of applications.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to facilitate coaching sessions to multiple levels.
Education and Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
