Responsibilities:
- Ensure service quality at business line level, driving daily execution and mid/long term strategy.
- Identify quality risks in architecture, implementation, resource, and collaboration, and continuously optimize and control risks.
- Drive innovations in tools, infrastructure, and process across multiple functions to improve overall R&D productivity and efficiency.
- Lead by example, demonstrating technical excellence in technical projects.
- Facilitate and participate in cross-group exchange and increase external influence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Java or similar programming languages and experience in RDBMS development.
- Strong experience in service architecture, especially from the perspectives of testability, mistake-proof, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
- Understanding of the past and future of software testing.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to deliver results in complex multi-team projects.
- Candidates with experience in Big Data, AI, security, formal verification, etc. are preferred.
- Experience in payment or e-Commerce industry or top-notch internet companies is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and experience in cross-culture environment is a plus.
